An Oregon nurse has agreed to stop practicing after posting a TikTok video where she boasted about flouting basic COVID-19 restrictions.

Ashley Grames no longer works for Salem Health and voluntarily signed a consent order that restricts her from practicing until the Oregon State Board of Nursing votes to vacate it, KOIN-TV reported Tuesday.

Interim Orders by Consent are not considered discipline and are binding documents willingly signed by both parties.

In a since-deleted Nov. 27 TikTok post, Grames, dressed in scrubs and wearing a stethoscope, wrote how she still travels, does not wear a face mask while out and continues to let her children have play dates.

Grames was later placed on administrative leave by Salem Health, who condemned the nurse’s post, saying at the time she “displayed cavalier disregard for the seriousness of this pandemic.”
