New footage surfaces showing protestors calling for dead
cops after officers ambushed: ‘Ya’ll gonna die one by one” 1

LOS ANGELES, CA – New footage has surfaced showing death threats against officers guarding a hospital where two cops were rushed on Sunday.

Quick backstory: on September 12, 2020, two Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies were sitting in their parked patrol vehicle in Compton. Surveillance video shows someone approach their vehicle, raise a firearm and aim it inside, fire, then run away.

The officers injured in this ambush attack, one male and one female, were rushed to a local hospital in critical condition. Both had surgery for their wounds. Thankfully, they are both expected to survive.

The craven filth who committed the attack remains at large.

The gunman is described as a black man between 28-30 years old, wearing dark clothing at the time of the shooting. There is a $100,000 reward for information leading to his capture.

It is difficult to understate the vileness of this crime. The good news is that our president understands. When informed of the attack, President Trump tweeted:

“Animals that must be hit hard!”

Democrat LA mayor Eric Garcetti uncharacteristically agreed with the president:

“There’s no place in civilized society for anybody to draw an arm and to shoot our law enforcement officers.”

Others are not so enlightened.

Protesters, reportedly affiliated with the Marxist anarchist group Black Lives Matter (BLM) assembled outside the hospital where the victims of Saturday’s shooting were taken. Videos of the protest capture protesters taunting and threatening police officers standing guard at the hospital.

“All y’all m******f****** goin’ down!”

“You’re gonna die one by one. This ain’t gonna stop.”

“There’s gonna be a lot of m*****f****** comin’ down here to celebrate!”

“F*** that b****!” (in an apparent reference to the wounded female officer).

“I wanna deliver a message to the family of the [cops], I hope they f******* die.”

“Look at that one [a police officer], he’s the biggest p**** of them all. He’s the one next [to die], right there.”

The protesters weren’t content to criminally threaten and harass officers stationed outside the hospital. They also blocked access to the hospital entrance and the emergency access driveway used by ambulances.

The protest was declared an unlawful assembly for blocking access to the hospital, under California penal code section 148. According to the code, protesters, at least two of whom were arrested, can be punished with a fine up to $1,000 and a/or a year in jail.

I wonder if the district attorney will see how penal code section 186.22 applies to these situations. That section of the code deals with street crime, specifically when committed by organized gangs.

The code was drafted to assist police dealing with over 600 criminal gangs in California. It makes it a crime to participate in any “criminal street gang” with knowledge that they have committed crimes, and actively promotes, furthers, or assists in any criminal conduct by other members.

Groups defined as criminal street gangs tended to operate as for-profit businesses. They engage in drug trafficking, human smuggling, theft, robbery, and other criminal activities intended to generate money.

BLM has not yet been accused of drug trafficking, smuggling, or other organized crime activity designed for profit. However, they are an organized group and members of their group do commit crimes.

They have their own logo, which they sell for profit, their own slogans, chapters across the country, and administration to deal with such things as protests, press contacts, and fund-raising.

How does BLM get money? They don’t need to sell drugs because they have come up with something that is just as profitable and comes with less risk. BLM organizes violent protests, inspire their followers to burn down buildings, and then extort hundreds of millions of dollars from major companies like Reebok, Target, Walmart, and Facebook.

The way they do it creates the illusion that the protests are spontaneous, not organized, and that all money extorted from individual companies is not extorted, but donations made of their own free will.

BLM has collected significant sums of money but may not have the same goals as normal street gangs. For them, the purpose of the money seems to be less about personal indulgence than to use the money to commit more crimes and damage the country further.

It is a crime to commit arson. BLM “protesters” have been charged with doing just that. It is a crime to commit or attempt to commit murder. BLM supporters have been charged with that too. In fact, not only have BLM protesters been charged with an uncountable number of felonies, many of those crimes were committed during BLM-inspired “protests”.

The fiction that these are “peaceful protests” or “mostly peaceful” is wearing very thin as thousands of crimes committed during these events accumulate.

Police in Utah have figured out that BLM fits the definition of a “street gang” even if their goals appear to be different. They recently invoked laws designed to punish gang-related violence by charging BLM members as gang members. Gang enhancements could result in those individuals being given life in prison for acts of vandalism committed during BLM protests.

Madalina McNeil is one of the people charged in Utah for vandalism in Utah, with gang intensifiers. She faces life in prison. She says:

“This is so far beyond just the enforcement of the law, it feels retaliatory.”

What she may not understand is that gang enhancements are designed to punish and prevent future episodes of gang-related violence. Her single act of vandalism may not have been so difficult to rectify but in combination with other acts of vandalism and violence created by the mob she belonged to, the damage is incalculable.

What protesters forget is that a gang, or mob, is a large and dangerous weapon that can wreak tremendous havoc on a community. Like a plague of locusts, where no individual insect can cause much damage, in large numbers, they can render hundreds of square miles of territory uninhabitable.

The organizers at BLM and affiliated groups like Antifa rely on our laws to protect them from appropriate punishment. Our laws tend to focus on individual acts committed by individuals, rather than acts committed by groups. As such, they can rely on their loose structure to prevent prosecution of the group while individuals associated with the group receive lighter sentences than they would if their criminal activity was linked to other criminal acts committed by other members.

This is like prosecuting the driver of a getaway vehicle in a bank robbery for speeding rather than accessory to bank robbery (or murder, if murder was committed by any other member of the gang).

What LA prosecutors should see when they observe BLM protesters outside a hospital, chanting for the deaths of wounded officers inside, are criminal threats designed to support other gang-related criminal offenses. If any of the officers threatened on the video should be attacked later, BLM will rely on LA courts to maintain a legal barrier between that act and the incitement seen on videos outside the hospital, or by BLM leaders elsewhere.

This cannot continue. BLM is behaving like a gang, or even an invading army, and must be treated as such. They are led by ideals rooted in a perversion of law and order, where anarchy and chaos are ascendant. It is the duty of every American to prevent their further spread. Like a wildfire or a plague of locusts, they must be stopped.

Their dangerous and despicable rhetoric must be condemned to history, there to sit as a repulsive reminder of how degraded humans can get, when fully separated from any sense of decency, responsibility, and respect.

If BLM actually cared about black lives, they wouldn’t destroy black communities and then degrade the survivors by celebrating black criminals. They lie, extort, destroy, and murder. Then they taunt the survivors. That is BLM. They are a criminal gang, nothing more.

Let’s dive more into the backstory now – and the president’s reaction to what happened:

President Donald Trump is calling for the death penalty for the gunman who ambushed and shot two Los Angeles County sheriffs, leaving them both in critical condition.

Trump wrote on Twitter:

“If they die, fast trial death penalty for the killer. Only way to stop this!”

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s office shared a video on social media of the gunman ambushing the officers without warning or provocation. Trump again responded in fury:

“Animals that must be hit hard!”

In response to the tragic shooting, Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva said:

“It pisses me off. This was a cowardly act.”

According to reports, the shooting incident took place on Saturday, September 12th around 7:10 p.m. at the Metro station at Willowbrook Avenue and Oak Street. Police released video footage from the scene which shows an unidentified male shooter opening fire on the passenger side of the police vehicle, leaving both deputy’s with head wounds.

Both deputies sustained multiple gunshot wounds and were rushed to the hospital where they immediately underwent surgery. During a press conference, Villanueva said that one deputy is 31-years-old and has a 6-year-old son. The other deputy is a 24-year-old male.

Both deputies were sworn-in 14 months ago. Villanueva said:

“Two deputies were ambushed in a cowardly fashion. It pisses me off and it dismays me.”

The suspect remains at large and has been described as a dark-skinned male. Captain Kent Wegener said that officers have been blanketing the area in search of the suspect. He said:

“We have a very, very generic description.”

The FBI will be assisting the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department with their investigation. Anyone who has any information about the shooting or suspect is asked to contact the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department.

Fox News reported that anti-police protesters have showed up outside of the hospital where the deputies are currently in critical condition. They were shouting horrible, derogatory terms and slogans like, “Death to the police and ‘Kill the police.’

A local faith leader who was also at the hospital told a reporter that the protesters even tried barging their way into the emergency room. He said:

“They were using all types of curse words and derogatory terms. Unacceptable behavior because a hospital should be a sanctuary.”

The protesters were prevented from walking father onto hospital grounds, but were seen arguing with hospital security over whether the hospital is public or private property. The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department wrote on Twitter:

“To the protesters blocking the entrance and exit of the hospital emergency room yelling, ‘We hope they die,’ referring to 2 L.A. Sheriff’s ambushed today in #Compton: DO NO BLOCK EMERGENCY ENTRIES AND EXITS TO THE HOSPITAL. People’s lives are at stake when ambulances can’t get through.”

Villanueva said in a statement during a news conference:

“These are real people doing a tough job and it just shows the dangers of the job, in the blink of an eye.”

The Guardian reported that on Sunday, September 13th, L.A. mayor Eric Garcetti said:

“Of course there’s an important conversation going on about policing in this country, but these are folks who put their lives in the line for us and we will find justice for them. And I pray for their recovery and i hope that everybody listening today will unify.”

Here is another article from Law Enforcement Today about Trump’s unwavering support for law enforcement:

This editorial is brought to you by a United States veteran and staff writer for Law Enforcement Today.

Nearly a year ago, the International Union of Police Associations endorsed President Trump for re-election. In the 11 months since that endorsement, we have seen the COVID pandemic, violent protests and the rise of the “Defund” movement.

We have seen officers targeted at an alarming rate, with many members of law enforcement being ambushed this year. Pro athletes have taken a stand…well, actually a knee to tell us what they think of law enforcement.

Hollywood elites and social media “blue-check” posters have absolutely declared their hatred for the men and women who make up the Thin Blue Line. And it was all tied to their hatred for this President.

So, you have to wonder if all of this made the IUoPA pull their endorsement and give it to Joe Biden.

No. It hasn’t. In fact, earlier this week, they doubled down on that endorsement. Here is a part of the the release that was shared with Law Enforcement Today.

“Almost immediately upon taking office, President Trump re-authorized the ability of Law Enforcement agencies to obtain surplus military equipment. This equipment saves lives.

While Democrats decry the ‘militarization’ of the police, we recognize that most of the equipment so obtained was protective gear – face masks, gas masks, shields, and even mundane office equipment.

The armored vehicles that have been used are not offensive weapons, but vehicles that allow officers to enter arenas where there are active gunmen. This allows them to protect themselves and the public they serve. Joe Biden will end that program and hamper our ability to protect our communities.

“Violent rioters have sabotaged protests across the nation.

We have watched as businesses were looted and burnt to the ground, many never to re-build. Public buildings and monuments have been defaced and destroyed. Officers have been injured by bricks, chunks of concrete, explosive devices, frozen water bottles, and eye damaging lasers.

There have been several murders. During all of this upheaval and destruction, there has been silence from the Democrats. None have stepped forward to condemn the anarchy, riotous behavior, and arson.

Joe Biden has even referred to the police as ‘the enemy’.

“Finally, after months of devastation throughout many major cities, on August 31, Biden condemned the violence and looting.

This condemnation was not made due to a moral imperative or a vision of a better America, but rather because polling indicated it was a concern of the American voter.

If anyone needs a poll to tell them that rioting, looting, arson, property destruction, and murder are wrong, then they are morally bankrupt and not fit to be the president of the local fraternal organization, let alone the leader of this great nation.

“Joe Biden WAS a staunch advocate for us in the U.S. Senate. The years have not been kind.

We watched in concerned amusement as he spoke of shooting an ‘unarmed’ man with a knife in the legs. He apparently is no longer capable of an independent opinion or the ability to present that thought in a coherent manner.

Joe Biden has morphed into the avuncular character at the Christmas table – good for a few laughs, but not to be trusted alone; certainly not with the safety of our loved ones, or the security of our nation.

“The endorsement of the International Union of Police Associations stands affirmed – America needs [deserves] the leadership of Donald J. Trump. “

And that was followed up on Friday September 4th, when the National Fraternal Order of Police issued a press release saying that the President has the “full and enthusiastic support” of its more than 355,000 members.

“During his first four years, President Trump has made it crystal clear that he has our backs,” National President Patrick Yoes said.

“Our members know that he listens to the concerns of our brothers and sisters in uniform and is able to make tough decisions on the issues most important to law enforcement. President Trump is committed to keeping our communities and families safe.”

Of course, this endorsement brought out the critics on Twitter.

“And this is why, as a former LEO, I have stopped donating to the FOP.”

“Endorsing a POTUS who disregards the rule of law is a shameful move on your part. He fans the flames of chaos. This is precisely what is wrong with police departments across the nation today.”

“Take me off your call list. I won’t be making anymore donations.”

“Enforcers of law endorsing a lawless man is a really bad look.”

And one of our personal favorites:

“Trump has done nothing but make your jobs harder. I’m telling my Dad to drop his membership with you.”

LET Unity

Fox News reported that the FOP endorsement came:

“after more than 175 current and former law enforcement officers and officials endorsed Joe Biden for president on Friday, while slamming Trump as a ‘lawless’ president.”

Let’s take a look at some of those 175 people on that endorsement for the former Vice President.

Janet Napolitano, who was Obama’s Homeland Security Secretary.

Jenny Durkan, Seattle’s mayor that forced the police to stand down and withdraw form the area around the infamous “autonomous zone.”

Mike Schmidt, the Portland area prosecutor that refuses to prosecute the violent rioters plaguing that city. Feel free to scroll up to the top of the page and enter either Durkan or Schmidt in the search bar. It won’t take long to find the number of times their names appear in articles detailing just how much they devalue the law enforcement community serving their cities.

According to the Fox News article

“The crown jewels of Joe Biden’s ‘law enforcement coalition’ are the Portland prosecutor who won’t prosecute rioters and the Seattle mayor who withdrew police from the autonomous zone and abandoned a police precinct,” Trump campaign communications director Tim Murtaugh told Fox News. “If you remove the current and former elected Democrats, he’s down to only a handful of real, actual cops.

“There’s a reason that all national police organizations, representing more than 900,000 police officers, have endorsed President Trump,” Murtaugh continued. “They know the President has their back and supports law enforcement against the mob.”

The President’s campaign highlighted that he has received the endorsements of more than a dozen law enforcement organizations.

There are just short of 900,000 law enforcement officers in this country. Six of those 12 organizations represent 750,000 officers. For the statisticians among us, that is 85%, just form those 6 groups. Is it safe to say that the other 6 represent the other 130,000 cops across the country? No, that would be an unfair assumption with the actual numbers.

But what we do have to work with is that the overwhelming number of officers serving their cities, counties and states are backing the President.

I am not sure what the actual line would be in Vegas, but 175 against 750,000+ is what most people would call a long shot.

The safer bet is that cops and the people who love, appreciate and support them, know that of the two candidates, President Trump is the one who has their six.

And, just maybe, it’s because they can all see the game Biden is playing.

Biden rejects that he wants to defund the police and claims to support them.

Biden told KDKA

“Let’s get the facts straight, I not only don’t want to defund the police. I want to add $300 million to their local budgets to deal with community policing to get police and communities back together again,”

This is the same man that was asked:

“do we agree that we can redirect some of the funding?”

Biden went on to say:

“Yes, absolutely.”

Umm, Joe. That would be defunding.

Keep in mind, this is also the same man, who was asked what advice he would give to a young black woman, if she were his daughter and she got pulled over.

His response was:

“If you were my daughter, you would be a Caucasian girl and you wouldn’t be pulled over.”

Umm, Joe. That would be you accusing every last cop of being a racist who only pulls over people of color.

This just happens to be the same Joe Biden that said police do not need surplus military equipment, saying this helps police become “the enemy” in their communities.

Umm, Joe. Did you just refer to the police as the enemy?

Yes. That was three “Umm, Joe” responses in six sentences. Rest assured, there will be many Umm, Joe moments if he gets elected. And many of the people saying that are the very men and women that make up our law enforcement communities.

Which candidate will do everything they can to allow police to do their jobs, safely, efficiently and effectively?

The most telling thing we can close with is this: 175 against 750,000+.
