According to court documents, Robinson joined scores of others during demonstrations outside the Third Precinct, where chants of “Burn it down, burn it down” erupted among the crowd. The 23-year-old suspect was accused of lighting an unidentified object and handing it to a co-conspirator, who in turn tossed it at the building “with the intent that it would start a fire or fuel an existing fire.”
