Kozielec was arrested just before 5 p.m. Saturday in the 2600 block of West 31st Street in the Little Village neighborhood on the West Side after an officer saw him driving a semi toward a group of protesters, police said. When the Chicago police supervisor asked him to get out of the truck, he hit and shoved the supervisor, causing him or her to fall.
