Jeff Kurtzman, a senior flight attendant based in Los Angeles, tested positive for COVID-19 earlier this month and succumbed to the illness on Tuesday, Hawaii News Now reported. The airline’s president and CEO, Peter Ingram, confirmed his death in an email.
