Smith, 47, was arrested shortly before 4 a.m. Sunday, roughly 2½ hours after the altercation is believed to have occurred. She and the unidentified alleged victim live in a condo with a boat slip on an island near St. Petersburg, Fla., according to the Smoking Gun.
