The reopening would not include indoor dining or rides, but indoor/outdoor rollercoasters and such that meet building capacity and time limitations could reportedly be allowed to operate. Venues will only be given a green light once their counties reach the state’s “red tier,” indicating COVID is no longer widespread in that region.
