Get ready for a beautiful opening day and Easter as Denver has settled into an extended warm and clear pattern.

The Colorado Rockies return to Denver on Thursday, hosting the Los Angeles Dodgers. Typically a tradition to pack Lower Downtown, temperatures will rise above 60 degrees right around noon as crowds being to pick up. It should be just under 70 degrees with clear skies for a 2:10 first pitch, according to the National Weather Service in Boulder. Denver will cool to 38 degrees overnight.

The Rockies are home into next week and so too is the warmth, as a high of 74 is expected Friday. Mostly clear skies all day long will last into the night as it cools to 40 degrees.

Saturday will be sunny with a high of 74 and a low of 44.

Easter Sunday could reach over 80 degrees, and it should be sunny.
