A suspected US Capitol rioter was charged by federal authorities Tuesday after investigators tracked down photos of him inside the building — including one snap that showed him smoking a joint, according to court documents.

The rioter, James Bonet of Glen Falls, New York, was reported to the FBI by his co-workers after they shared a screenshot of a Facebook video that showed him smoking the joint during the Jan. 6 riot, an FBI agent wrote in an affidavit.

The screenshot is captioned, “smoking at the capital building,” the court documents show.

The video shows Bonet standing in the building with dozens of other President Trump supporters who stormed the buildings, according to the affidavit.

“Capitol building smoking with all my people!” Bonet says in the video.

An FBI agent interviewed one of Bonet’s co-workers, who told the investigator that Bonet regularly spouted conspiracy theories during work and tried to convince his colleagues to subscribe to them.
