Protests in Atlanta continued for a second night over the fatal police shooting of Rayshard Brooks, a 27-year-old black man, at a Wendy’s parking lot on Friday night. The Fulton County district attorney said he’s weighing potential criminal charges, including murder or felony murder, against the officer who shot Brooks. Mark Strassmann reports.
