Tokyo governor on Olympics, coronavirus pandemic

The 2020 Summer Olympic Games were pushed back to next year because of the coronavirus. CBS News’ Ramy Inocencio spoke with the governor of Tokyo, Yuriko Koike, about how the city is preparing, and why Japan has avoided the worst of the pandemic.
