Along with a free espresso brew, KB Home will give you an eye-opening look today at how much more value you can get from a new home in Castle Rock, at a time when too few resale homes are available.
Just west of downtown Castle Rock on a site between two trail systems, KB Home will give you a look at a totally new collection of paired homes at Azure Villas at The Meadows, at prices from the upper $400s.
Right now, you really can contract for a family-sized 1,800-sq.-foot 2-story plan with an attached 2-car garage, including air conditioning and some upgrades to counters, floor, and cabinets, at a price in the $470s. These have a look very different from KB Home’s previous lines of paired homes, which have sold out two miles north of here in The Meadows. You can also tour a big-family two-story plan, with 2,479 sq. feet of finished space that can be expanded much further still if you opt for finished basement space—up to six bedrooms. Around 40% of KB Home’s sites in the new neighborhood can take a walkout basement with a covered deck on the main level, making basement finish an even more attractive possibility.
You’ll see that finish option in the ranch model—1,617 feet on the main level, plus a finished walkout that adds around 900 more feet to the plan, with a rec area, a home office (or a guest bedroom), plus lots of storage space.
