Denver Public Schools will have a “100% remote learning day” on Monday because of “winter weather and poor travel conditions,” the district announced Sunday night.
Early childhood education classes have been canceled and DPS school buildings and offices will be closed.
Students who have been attending in-person classes — including those at elementary schools, DPS secondary learning centers, newcomer centers, and center programs for students with disabilities — will have a remote-learning day on Monday.
Students at elementary and secondary schools who are in the DPS Virtual Program, and middle and high school students will continue with their scheduled remote learning.
Families of charter school students should check with those schools for the latest on Monday’s classes.
