Delta Airlines bans Navy SEAL who killed Osama Bin Laden over maskless selfie joke

Delta Airlines bans Navy SEAL who killed Osama Bin Laden
over maskless selfie joke 1

During a Delta Airlines flight, the man credited for killing Osama Bin Laden jokingly posted a photo of himself on Twitter while seated in the plane of him briefly not wearing a mask for the photo and saying that he’s not a “pussy”.

Now, this hero has been banned from Delta for a joke.

After dealing with online criticism for the joke, 44-year-old Robert O’Neill has claimed to have been banned from Delta Airlines due to his now-deleted picture poking fun at mask policies.

O’Neil stated that he had his mask in his lap at the time of the photo and subsequently placed it back on.

Obviously, while that can’t be determined, he clearly was able to make his way through the airport, go through the song-and-dance that TSA makes travelers do and then board a plane. So chances are, he did have a mask on while entering the plane.

Yet, since mainstay leftists criticized the photo, there was some kind of pushback from Delta reportedly. People like Alyssa Milano went the virtue-signaling route to inform O’Neil that he could “potentially kill” people for the photo he took.

A statement from Delta was recently released that contained the following:

“Part of every customer’s commitment prior to traveling on Delta is the requirement to acknowledge our updated travel policies, which includes wearing a mask.

Failure to comply with our mask-wearing mandate can result in losing the ability to fly Delta in the future.”

This former Navy SEAL was one of the few that was part of the historical raid of Bin Laden’s compound back in 2011, with O’Neill being credited as the person to have fired the shots that took the terrorist leader down.

Many outlets are claiming that O’Neill “refused to wear a mask” during the flight – but there’s literally no evidence that he actually refused, there’s only a selfie he took with the caption that set people off and created this silly domino effect.

While making an appearance on Fox Business, O’Neill addressed the rather silly controversy over the picture to provide more context on what happened that day on the Delta Flight and to clarify his position on masks.

“As far as I know, Delta’s policy is that you don’t have to wear a mask as you’re eating and drinking in your seat – and that’s what I was doing. You can see the flight attendant back there [in the photo] and she just handed out some cheese nips or something and a bottle of water…and then I took a selfie.”

O’Neill stated that the New York Times and the New York Post snagged the photo he posted on Twitter and began actually applying pressure on the airline to do something about O’Neil.

Continuing from that point made, O’Neil stated:

“I by no means want to hurt anybody – no one even knew I took the picture. I was never told by anybody, because I’ve been on a lot of airplanes and they’ll even wake you up to have you put your mask over your nose, it’s happened to me.

And I’m not anti-mask, I don’t think you should be ordered to do it, but if people are more comfortable then go ahead and wear it.”

During the appearance, O’Neill said that it was really nothing more than a joke photo and also jokingly said that if he has to call it a peaceful protest for it to be considered less offensive then that is what he’ll do.

Overall though, he’s more disappointed in Delta responding after mainstream media outlets decried the photo:

“It’s a shame to see Delta’s policies run by the New York Times.”

Whether someone agrees with the photo O’Neill posted or not – the reaction taken by Delta is a little over-the-top considering that it seemed like nothing more than a joke poking fun at the politicization of masks.

Veteran, business owner demands county officials allow community to remove their masks: ‘Won’t be peaceful much longer’

REDDING, CA –In Shasta County California, Carlos Zapata is fed up with the mask mandates in the state and county and is demanding that the county act.

Zapata says that if the County Board of Supervisors does not act soon, that the area will not be “peaceful much longer.”

Mask mandates have been in place in many areas of the country since the pandemic hit the United States.  There have been many that have been for the mandates and many against.

There have even been law enforcement officials who have refused to enforce executive orders requiring that all people wear them in order, as they believe, to slow the spread of the virus.

Regardless if requiring American citizens to wear masks and adhere to social distancing guidelines, it is apparent that at least Zapata has had enough.

Zapata started off his time in front of the commission by saying:

“As you’re sitting there with your masks on, I don’t blame you for wearing masks, because I’d be hiding my face too if I were you for what you’re doing.”

The local business owner and military veteran said, according to the National File:

“I’m telling you guys I’m pretty appalled about what’s going on. At first we sat like concerned citizens, and we all wanted to figure out how to best navigate through this little COVID thing, you know.

And uh, as we realized that it’s not quite as dangerous as we thought it would be, you know, I was absolutely appalled by the cowardice.

As you’re sitting there with your masks on, I don’t blame you for wearing masks, because I’d be hiding my face too if I were you for what you’re doing. It’s absolutely horrendous what you’re doing to these people.

I’m a business owner, and I’m telling you, our families are starving. You guys can sit here with your jobs, you can sit here, you’re going to get paid, you can fall asleep in your chair like that gentleman’s doing behind his mask right there, okay?

And I’m telling you right now that right now we’re being peaceful, and you’d better be happy that we’re good citizens, that we’re peaceful citizens.

But it’s not going to be peaceful much longer. This isn’t a threat, I’m not a criminal, I’ve never been a criminal, but I’m telling you that good citizens are going to turn into real concerned and revolutionary citizens real soon.  And nobody else is going to say that, I’m probably the only person that has the balls to say what I’m saying right now.”

Zapata then says that his group is “building, we’re organizing, and we’ll work with law enforcement or without law enforcement. But you won’t stop us when the time comes because our families are starving.

“And if you don’t hear the seriousness in my voice, I hope you open your ears and you absolutely listen to what I’m saying, because this is a warning for what’s coming. It’s not going to be peaceful much longer.

It’s not going to be ra-ra, it’s not going to be speeches, it’s not going to be standing outside saying the Pledge of Allegiance, it’s not going to be waving flags, it’s going to be real.”

Zapata informs the group that he is a military veteran and has been to war.  He said:

“When you’ve seen the things that I’ve seen, I went to war for this country. I’ve seen the ugliest, dirtiest part of humanity. I’ve been in combat, and I never wanted to go back again, but I’m telling you what, I will to save this country.

If it has to be against our own citizens, it will happen, and there’s a million people like me, and you won’t stop us.  Open the county, let our citizens do what they need to do, let owners of businesses do what they need to do to feed their families.

“Take the masks off, quit masking and muzzling your children. The psychological damage you’re doing to them is horrible. I’ve had six friends kill themselves since it’s happened, veterans who lost their jobs.

How do you feel about being complicit in perpetuating that? The greatest hoax ever perpetuated against the American people? And you’re part of it by wearing masks.  In Shasta County.

“We’re supposed to be red country up here. Not blue country, we’re red country up here. You guys know that. You claim to be conservatives, maybe you’re not, maybe you’re liberals, I don’t know.

But by God, we’re Americans, and remember that. Take your mask off, stop muzzling yourself. Join us, fight with us, against what’s happening in Sacramento. It’s a travesty. Thanks.”

Zapata speaks the truth of millions of Americans who are fed up with the mandates being passed down through the government.

People want to enjoy their freedoms and make the decision for themselves whether or not to wear a mask or social distance.  After all, making your own decision, is that not what America was built on?

Owner of sport fishing company in Virginia Beach bans ‘cheap, rude’ Democrats from his charters

This editorial is brought to you by a former Chief of Police and current staff writer for Law Enforcement Today.

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA- Ok, we absolutely love this guy. Jake Hiles owns Matador Sport Fishing Charters out of Virginia Beach, Virginia and has been operating his business for 20 years, according to WAVY News 10.

As someone who has spent a number of hours with sport fishermen over the years, talking with them and helping them catch fish, Hiles has had the opportunity to learn a lot about his customers. And he has decided one customer he doesn’t want are Democrats.

The conversations that Hiles has had with his customers has led him to a conclusion about who he will and will not allow on his fishing boat.

I’ve watched repeatedly as the Democratic Party has tried to regulate my industry out of business and based on some interactions I’ve had with customers this year, I decided I didn’t want to have Democrats on my boat anymore,” said Hiles.

A self-described conservative who supports the police, the military and who believes in God and loves America, he has noted that people who get on his boat who have identified as Democrats tend to treat him differently due to his views.

“I have to interact with these people; it’s a small area and when I’m on the boat with people for hours with people I don’t know, we talk about two things. Most of the time it’s politics and sports,” he said.

Hiles noted that things have gotten increasingly worse, especially now with the country being so polarized, and he said that he does not want to have to suppress his views.

“In my years of experience in charter fishing, I have noticed a pattern where the majority of my customers that I have bad interactions with are Democrats…they are cheap, they are rude, they want more for less.

“And, in my line of work I have to spend a day on the boat with these people, and I just prefer not to do it. You don’t have to be a Republican; you just can’t be a Democrat to use my services. I’m no longer offering my services to Democrats in any way. I don’t want you on my boat.”

On Facebook last week, Hiles made his “no Democrats allowed” announcement on the company page, and since that time, he said he’s received a lot of hate.

“I’ve been threatened, I’ve been called all sorts of vulgar names and this is just because of a disagreement,” he said.

To his credit, Hiles said that he’s not concerned about the impact on his business that his new policy may have. He said he refuses to sell himself out for money.

“I’m true to myself and if that’s the way I have to be, then so be it, “ he told WAVY News 10.

He noted that his new policy will remain in place until things die down politically. He added that Democrats can come on his boat—as long as they remain quiet about their politics.

“You can be a Democrat, you just can’t be a Democrat on this boat,” he said.

Hiles said what drove him in part, aside from how Democrats act when you disagree with them, was when he was reading stories about businesses that were refusing to serve people who were not wearing the governor-ordered, legislature averting mandate to wear masks inside stores.

He decided that if store owners could mandate non-mask wearers couldn’t enter their stores, he could decide who could and couldn’t utilize his services.

He did agree however that if a business wanted to do that to protect their employees, that was a reasonable thing for them to do.

LET Unity

Of course, disagree with Democrats and they try to “cancel” you, as numerous businesses around the country have seen over the past few months.

Support “Blue Lives Matter?” Expect your business Facebook page to be inundated with “bad” reviews from people who have never set foot in the state you’re in, let alone inside your establishment. Or be a victim of bad Yelp reviews under the same set of circumstances. Hiles’ business was no different.

After his initial post, Hiles said that he had released his video, which was neither rude nor vulgar. He merely expressed his opinion on what he feels Democrats are doing to the country. He noted that he has a personal, moral objection to calls by Democrats to defund the police, and he supports the military and veterans.

“I believe in freedom of religion, freedom of speech, the second amendment, the protection of rights and Democrats to not. I love God. I love America. Democrats do not. I am who I am. I believe what I believe. I am not a racist, homophobe or bigot of any sort,” he posted on Facebook.

Of course, Facebook, which never met a threat to kill the police that it didn’t approve of for “not violating community standards,” banned Hiles from commenting on Facebook for violating those same “community standards.”

He was banned from posting on Facebook for 72 hours and could not appeal the decision. He was able to bypass Facebook’s ban by utilizing Instagram to post, which cross-posted to Facebook.

He continued that Facebook was “allowing leftists to doxx my business.” He continued that he had been “personally threatened, my business has been physically threatened, my family has been threatened, I’ve been name called, attacked for my skin color, called racist slurs,” and so on.

Frankly, it is not surprising that Facebook has reacted in this way, since social media sites with the exception of Parler love to censor conservative thought. Our own national spokesman has been banned from LinkedIn for posting pro-police articles.

Kudos to Jake for sticking to his principles. Reminds us of a bumper sticker–“Dads don’t let daughters date Democrats.”
