“It takes about five to 10 minutes for a response team to arrive because as the staff claims they are short of staff. We are all mostly at this point experiencing a shortness of breath along with heavy chest pains, diarrhea, dry coughs, chills, tiredness, loss of smell and taste,” the letter reads.
