Grammy-winning musician The Weeknd has resigned his lease to live in a glamorous penthouse at 443 Greenwich St. in Tribeca for another year, sources tell Gimme Shelter exclusively.

That’s even after singer’s former love, Bella Hadid, moved out. In 2018, The Weeknd, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, moved into the star-studded building — grabbing a unit that had most recently been on the market for $60,000 per month.

The apartment is a massive 5,004 square feet with four bedrooms and a terrace.

“He wasn’t planning on staying,” a source says. “He wants to buy something. This is definitely a COVID-19 move.”

A former book bindery that dates to the 19th century, the CetraRuddy-designed conversion is filled with big-name owners, including Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, Rebel Wilson and Meg Ryan.
