A Florida mechanic won a $1 million lottery on the same day he opened his new auto repair shop. The Florida lottery reports that Brian Woodle, 46, of Callahan, Fla., scratched his way to a seven-figure windfall after wrapping up his first day of working in his garage, which is situated between Jacksonville and Georgia’s southeast border.
