The incident occurred Nov. 13, 2019, near 71st Street and Jeffery Boulevard. About 1 minute and 50 seconds into one of the videos, Martina Standley, 32, appears on the passenger side of the police SUV. There’s no audio at this point as she walks toward the front of the SUV, touches something near the hood and reaches toward the windshield.
