The Adams County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in solving a Tuesday morning shooting that sent two victims to the hospital, according to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office.

The shooting happened around 9:20 a.m. at an Adams County Dollar General located at 5300 Sheridan Blvd.

The female shooting victim is in stable condition and the male victim is in critical condition, said Sgt. Adam Sherman, spokesman for the Adams County Sheriff’s Office.

Details about the victims have not been released at this time.

Suspects — a tall, skinny Hispanic man wearing blue jeans, black and white shoes, a backwards purple hat, a black jacket and a black face mask and a Hispanic female of average height and weight with long brown hair wearing a white and black shirt, jeans, white shoes and a black coat — entered the store together, the sheriff’s office said.

The woman suspect bought something and as she and the male suspect left together, the man turned around and shot two customers multiple times before both suspects left the area in a black BMW with dark tinted windows and no license plates, Sherman said.
