This weekend’s citations were part of the responsibilities of a task force created as a collaboration among the Department of Buildings, Chicago Fire Department and Chicago Police Department. The task force aimed at shutting down large, commercial gatherings at businesses or residential locations before they start, and in total, conducted 29 investigations over the weekend.
