- Three filters are included in the package. Search “Waterdrop WD-G3-W Filter” for replacement filters.
- [NSF Certified performance]: The system is certified against NSF 58 for TDS reduction. Using reverse osmosis filtration technology with a filtration accuracy of 0. 0001um, the system can effectively remove most contaminants including fluoride, TDS, limescale, and heavy metals in your tap water. System is also NSF 372 certified for lead free material.
- [Smart, easy-to-install design]: Waterdrop RO water filtration system is an innovative, all-in-one intelligent water purification system. In just a few minutes, Waterdrop RO system can be installed completely, and in just three seconds, the filter can be changed with one single turn. Installation is that easy!
- [The first composite filter element]: It is the first smart RO system with composite filters and tankless design in the U. S. market. The three filters provide seven stages of filtration. The pre-sediment and carbon block filter is a 3-in-1 filter that functions as that of three filters combined. The Reverse Osmosis membrane filter adopts an innovative design, and the efficiency of the filter equals more than three stages of filtration. Additionally, the activated carbon block filter uses high-precision activated carbon granules made from natural coconut shell, which will also return beneficial minerals into the water and improve the water taste.
- [No-tank design]: Use new composite filter element technology to more efficiently filter out harmful substances. The tankless design helps you avoid secondary pollution and enjoy more storage space in your kitchen.
- [No waiting for clean water]: Thanks to its internal pump, the RO system offers faster water flow (400 gallons per day). The system can filter a cup of water in about 12 seconds. It can produce pure water quickly, thereby meeting the needs of your whole family and even small companies.
- [1: 1 low drain ratio]: Compared to traditional RO systems, Waterdrop Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System saves water waste by 300%. Save money on your water bills while running the RO system.
- [Special notice]: You must fully turn on the faucet and flush the RO system for 30 minutes after installation. The light on the faucet will flash blue during flushing, but once completed, the blue light will stop flashing. The total water capacity will be about 8. 5 gallons and the water will be undrinkable during flushing. To save water, be creative and collect the water for other purposes, such as watering plants.

I have owned multiple RO systems and have installed all of them myself. In regard to install, this one was the easiest. I had a small leak initially but after tightening the connection it went away. What makes the install easier than previous units is that all of the connections are done in one location. It makes it easier overall. Also, the individual filters are really simple to connect. Just put in the assigned slot and turn. This is a big improvement in my opinion. The unit also has an internal TDS reader which displays on the front of the unit. The best part of the unit is the small amount of area it takes up. It’s by far the smallest RO system I’ve owned. I’m able to stick it under the sink and still have a lot of room for storage. Because of its small size it does not have a reservoir of water that it pulls from. Instead it holds a small amount in the unit and the rest is pulled from the cold water line while you run the faucet. Because of this the pump must have electricity for the unit to function. If you have any issues with your electricity, be aware that this unit won’t function during your down times. However, aside from this, the unit functions very well for my needs. Also, I had an initial issue with my unit but customer service was able to resolve it.

Wish we had seen it years ago!! We replaced our tanked system with this, and we couldn’t be happier with it!! It looks like it’s going to be a snap replacing the filters compared to the tanked system. My husband and I are getting older, and getting down on the floor to fuss with the filter housing was frustrating and painful. With this system we should be able to just twist it, pull it out and slide the new one in, and done! I would recommend watching the reviews and product instructions from the company on YouTube.

The unit is quite stylish, perhaps too stylish to be hidden under the sink. The compact nature of the unit makes for reducing space needed to install. Mostly uses vertical space, the horizontal footprint is quite small for what it does.I have never installed an RO system, but consider myself quite handy. The hardest part of the installation was working in the limited space under the cabinet… I am a BMF (Big Mexican Fellow) and i hate working under the sink. Luckily the unit itself is easy to install. I also installed a T junction to go to my fridge. EZ-PZ. No leaks at all from the first time i turned the water back on. This is a testament of the unit and materials provided, since it is definitely not due to my skills! The water taste is fantastic, just as good as the best bottled water we buy for our coffee. I purchased a cheap TDS meter from Amazon to get some objective measure of TDS before and after. My TDS from the tap is about 350-400 ppm. The filtered water (as reported by the RO system) is on avg. about 15-18 ppm. The reading from the TDS meter i bought was actually more like 80-85ppm. Before i assumed that i was being duped by the RO system, i tested my typical bottled water (Crystal Geiser) and found the reading to be identical at 80-85ppm. So, welcome to cheap TDS meters… i feel confortable that the system is doing what it is supposed to be doing. I’m happy.I have been running it for about 3 weeks now and it just works and tastes great. The water pressure from the included spigot is fine, quite tolerable. And is the same coming out of the fridge as well. If i am simultaneously dispensing from the spigot and the fridge, the water pressure drops (as expected).I hope this unit lasts a long time, because if it does, it is darned near perfect. Even though it is one of the most efficient RO systems i’ve seen at 1:1 waste, that’s still 1:1 wasted water. My next project is collecting and re-using the effluent to water plants. Then i will be 100% satisfied with RO in general.

Love it! Great Design. Excellent Quality. Prompt Service. I bought this Waterdrop RO system about two weeks ago and so far love it!! I was a bit hesitant due to the price in the first place, but after reading the reviews and calling the manufacturer, I decided to give it a try.1. Awesome customer support. I did a lot of research on the RO system and compared several units. I have read an article talking about the water gets recontaminated within the water tank after a period of time use, so I located this Waterdrop unit with tankless design. I had concerns about the pipe connection and water quality, so I called the manufacturer directly. I spoke with Cassandra(I guess I spelt it correct) from Waterdrop customer support and she was extremely helpful working with me to determine the best solution.2. Great design. The design is compact with smart indicators of water quality and filter life on both the faucet and the system panel.3. Reliable filter. As the core part of an RO system, the RO membrane is definitely something you need to pay attention to. One of my friends has an RO system installed at home and I saw the RO filter is quite small along with several other carbon filters stacking together. But when I received this unit from Waterdrop, I found the RO filter is really big and heavy, almost three times bigger than that of my friend’s, just as the brand advertised, which pretty much explains the price. All the filters were placed nicely within the system, install and replace can be done with only a few seconds, excellent design!! I read that the micron rating of this filter is 0.00001um, which surely can remove most contaminants.4. AMAZING Taste. The TDS is not actually the only thing with filtered water as I know bottled water can have a TDS of over 150ppm. I used to have a zerowater pitcher with the TDS reading as zero but the taste was really awful. For this system, TDS is fine (20 to 40) and safe to drink. The tankless design allows the unit to pump water directly and ensures the water quality, the water tastes really GREAT! P.S. Remember to double check for the power outlet. Don’t share the power outlet with your garbage disposal as there will be no power when you turn off the disposal wall switch.
