Went skiing at Blue Mnt. This balaclava performed great. It is a lil snug around the nose but I believe it is necessary to stay up. It didn’t fog up my ski goggles at all but I’m not sure how it would do with sun glasses but I think the snugness would help with that. But yeah I was warm all day. Very happy with purchase.

I use that for cycling and it fits the helmet on top just fine. Have also used it for ski. It’s very good fit and leaves no space for the cold air to come in (even when I wear glasses). It can also be used in various modes as shown in the product pictures, which overall make this item very convenient. Have been using this for a couple of years and only problem so far is that part of the decorative stitching has been unravelled.

Got two for wife and myself and we are both impressed, been out in 2 degrees and provides great warmth and lovely silky feel, it takes a few goes to get used to the hinged design but is well worth it.. nice neck length for tucking into jacket

I used to slather on SPF sunblock before every outdoor activity, which was mainly hours of mowing the two plus acre yard each week. I had a large skin cancer removed a few years ago stretching from my nose and top lip. So preventing future recurrences became a mission for me. So I bought this cover, along with a very light weight white shirt wit long sleeves to wear mowing. Coupled with work gloves and my cowboy hat, the only thing visible are my eyes behind the sunglasses. This cover works well, is light weight and protective.

This balaclava is my daily driver for winter commutes in Toronto. Despite reviews to the contrary, it has served me well in -20C weather! It does get a little harder to breathe in such inclimate conditions, but nothing beyond the pale.Highly recommend.

Already left a review here but after further testing I’m going to edit my review. This balaclava isn’t great on a motorcycle, the underneath sits too close to the bottom of your eyes and gets in the way of your peripheral vision.

This balaclava keeps me warm and fits great under my cycling helmet. Used it this weekend on a 36 F bicycle ride. It was great! Actually got too warm after the first 12 miles. Slid the face cover down for a bit but was happy to put it back up going into a headwind. Finished up the 24 miles comfy and warm. Sure, you’ll fog glasses with it over your nose but drop it just below your nose and no problem with fogging. Easy to breathe through it and it kept the cold wind from getting in. Easily adjusted with one hand to be able to drink from the water bottle while riding. Really happy with this so far.
Is It Worth it? –
Was able to use this face mask at lake tahoe this past weekend, it definitely helped alot, since it was snowing/ raining really hard. So hard that I wasnt able to go snowboarding with it but there is always next time. You can really feel the material on these facemask, it feels super nice like its made out of really good material. You can use it for dust, snow, and the list goes on. Highly recommended!
