Not what I expected. Lots of unhealthy ingredients. Try this: Add 8 tsps sugar + 1 tsp salt to one qt cold water; drink 3 qts daily for 5 days (average size adult) up to 12 days (larger size adult), and you’re good to go. Caution: all that sugar takes your appetite away, so you may LOSE A FEW POUNDS. I did.
