These are great, but they are really too expensive for what they are. Only 15w x 2 channels. Radio reception is good, Aux input works great, sounds decent. I wired mine to be powered all the time and it draws less power than the analog clock in my truck in spite of the fact the backlight stays on all the time. About 1/2 in fact.

I was looking for a good radio/receiver to use on a motorcycle. I used this along with the mount, JHD910, on an HD Road King Classic and couldn’t be happier. The tuner is pretty good, has a clock, presets, and also and AUX jack for a phone or MP3 player. It has a built in 2 CH x 15w amplifier, but I used the 3.5mm headphone jack to pipe the audio to a different 2ch amp I located under the gas tank in the frame. Very happy with this unit – you can’t find another all weather rock solid tuner like this on the market.
