This is the best purchase; I have made this year. Work in a cooler for 8 to 10 hours a day. The cold is sometime unbearable. This mask can be around your neck, but then you can also pull it up to cover your mouth, nose and any other uncovered part of you face. This mask is so comfortable, is very easy to breathe thru, and most importantly, I do not feel the cold!!! In addition, when ordering, I noticed 2 masks were to be shipped to my home. This is pure gravy. It is good to have a backup thermo cap if the 1st one becomes loss, stolen, or simply worn out.

These are not one size fits all if you are big they are very tight to the point of annoying. If you are normal size these will work well for you. I am wrapping mine around something to stretch it to make it more comfortable for my size.
