I ordered two 14 count packages of 4oz Dove Beauty Bars yesterday (4-2-18) and they were delivered today (4-3-18). I’ve examined them (see pics) and I don’t believe there’s any difference in these Dove Beauty Bars sold on Amazon from the Dove Beauty Bars sold in local stores other than a minor difference on one size of the packaging tabs (see pics). They’re the same length, width, height and ounces. (hand wash test) They smell the same, lather the same, have the same clean no film rinse and non drying to my hands. I haven’t showered or bathed using this product yet so hopefully I’ll get the same results. Don’t miss out on this deal.

Not long ago, I went to the dermatologist for what turned out to be eczema. In addition to a prescription cream to be used short-term, the doctor told me to start using two things: white Dove soap, and Cerave moisturizing cream. I was, to say the least, surprised. I’ve read for years that bar soap is bad for your skin; that the ingredients that make it solid also clog your pores. I had been a dedicated “body wash” user for years. But I decided to give Dove soap a try, since I figured it was a low-cost experiment–plus, my dermatologist had gorgeous skin!Boy, was I ever surprised. This stuff is GREAT. The Dove soap/Cerave cream combo makes my skin look and feel beautiful, and the eczema is gone. I’m a believer!!!

This felt the same as buying it at Walmart , the only thing to watch out for is that if you order the 35 bars pack ,the individual soap bars are actually SMALLER so it’s not worth it, just buy the 14 bars pack or other and make sure you look at the size of the bar. The 14 bars pack is listed as 4 OZ bars and the 35 pack is listed as 2.6 OZ bars. Other than that it’s same dove quality you expect and love. I have also included a picture of the ingredients for those interested in double checking the formula, these dove soap bars I purchased thru the AMAZON sold and fulfilled listing using PRIME free shipping FYI.

I haven’t tried this particular soap bought from amazon yet however dove soap is not new to me. I have been using dove for years. I tried using most of other brands before, and they were not delicate enough to use on your private parts. So when I finally bought and tried dove, I never bought any other brand any more. Dove is good for body, face, private parts. I expect this soap to be the same.I am writing this review because of some unexpected benefits that i am super happy about. This soap have kind of strong smell. When it arrived I unpacked the soap from the plastic cover and put soaps in cardboard boxes in the bathroom closet. In the same closet we keep our laundry hamper. Since the beginning of the school year we were struggling with the smell of the stinky socks. One of my kids do cross country running and after practice the smell of the socks was unbearable. I have never encountered this type of smell before. But of course the socks were put in the hamper in the closet. I must admit it was scary for me to open the closet and i had to hold onto the wall when opening the door because the smell was so powerful that it could knock you unconscious. I tried to kill the smell by putting essential oils on the cotton round in the closet, but it wasn’t working. So now i have to tell you all, that this soap in the closet effectively killed that awful smell. I even called the other family members to check with them if they still smell the socks or no, and we all agreed that the soap did what we thought was impossible.I highly recommended this soap for washing face, body , private parts and also for scenting closed spaces like closets and cupboards.

These are horrible. They have an extremely strong smell not normally found in dove soap, and it feels like regular soap, whereas the real dove soap always leaves the hands soft and creamy like. Do not buy

I was on the hunt for a simple multi use soap that would simplify my routine and leave my skin comfortable, because while I enjoy my usual multi product regimen- somedays I just ain’t got time for that.The dove pink bar far exceeds my expectations. Creamy lather, soft skin that isn’t tight feeling after. The scent is pretty, though I think it’s just broaching the side of too sweet and cloying, but happily it doesn’t cross the line. The scent itself reminds me of a clean rose water. But after rinsing I don’t smell of it, which is good for me, I don’t have to worry about it affecting any perfumes I wear or when I go without fragrances irritating anyone who is scent sensitive.My face feels great and is completely makeup free after washing. My hands are less dry feeling as well.It’s classic for a reason, and both performance and price make it a great value. Im happy to highly recommend it!

My skin is sensitive, and almost all soaps cause me to itch and get a rash. Dove Sensitive Skin is about the only brand I can use. I like buying the soap in bulk once or twice a year and always having it on hand, because I know it’s a brand I will stick with.
