On the Point –
The product arrived without a seal under the cap. It also is too creamy and spreads broadly and takes a long time to absorb. Because it did not have the seal under the cap, I wondered if had been thickened somehow. Anyway, I have it still, but bought a replacement at CVS — with a seal under the cap — and it seems to be a better product.

This stuff works. It seems to be as good as any generic OTC hydrocortisone cream. It is distributed by Perrigo company in Allegan, MI. I’ve gotten prescription cream under their brand. Of course that guarantees nothing, but it gives me a better feeling that this is not some toxic waste product from China. The one star reviews complain there is no seal on the tube. Really? Not a big deal in my opinion. When I grew up, nothing had a seal. How about toothpaste? I don’t think I’ve ever seen a seal on toothpaste and we put that in our mouths everyday. Don’t buy this if you require a seal.

To start, this product comes in an easily opened box and the tube itself has no safety seal. I think this is something everyone should be aware of right off the bat.Anyways, I had a pretty uncomfortable reaction to gel nail polish totally out of the blue. I believe it is because of the acrylates found in all artificial nail enhancements other than standard polish. I read that it is pretty common for people to get contact dermatitis from these products. Which is what is happening to me.As you can see, my nailbeds are covered in microblisters, they are red, swollen, sensitive, and incredibly itchy. It feels like I have a mosquito bite on every single finger. I found out that these symptoms can last 2-4 WEEKS, but that hydrocortisone can help reduce itching and inflammation.So far this has been very helpful for me. The pictures I attached were taken only 24 hours apart. The picture with white nail polish is from last night, and the taupe nails is right now. I applied this cream twice yesterday and 3 times today (the maximum recommended) and you can clearly see the difference. There is less inflammation and the blisters are shrinking. I have very little itching. Actually this cream makes the itching stop almost immediately. It also moisturizes pretty well. My only complaint is that it does smell kind of gross, but it doesn’t linger. It goes away after you rub it in.I am so happy with this improvement. This cream has helped tremendously. I will keep applying 3 times a day until my fingers are 100%. And I will never be getting a gel manicure or acrylic nails ever again!

this product does a good job of eliminating itching on my lower extremities if you know what I mean. Age has caught up with me and I have to use depends and by the end of some days there is quite a bit of irritation. This product cures the itching.

I like it because I have a dry area on my leg that always itches and nothing I have tried stopped the itching for long, but basic care hydrocortisone stops the itch for the entire day before having to use more during the evening. Also much less cost then the name brand Hydrocortisone and works just as well as I have tried both and now by the Basic Care Brand to save on the price. Well worth the price and very good on itches. Would recommend it to anyone.

I got it since my dermatologist recommended buying it from amazon, comes without seal. and makes you sure it is not a genuine product, However I tried it and it works. It helps is healing the rashes.

Im allergic to mosquito bites. The area of the bite get hot and tends to bulge not to mention itches like crazy. I use the cream so I dont scratch and make it worse. It works well, stops the itching and doesnt have an offending odor.

Perfect for those pesky bites that always seem to occur.This is easy to apply as it is in a tube so one is able to apply the exact amount by squeezing.Most highly recommended and will purchase again when tube is empty.Plus, it is delivered to my door so it does not get any better than that for me….
