I have never before been so moved to write a review about a product! I ordered Breathe based on other reviews but never expected it to be quite this dramatic of a benefit to me. I have had asthma and allergies since birth and have always struggled with sinus issues. I take Qvar, Albuterol and Singulair for asthma. I take Zyrtec, Ipratropium Bromide and sinus rinses for sinus congestion. I also endured a painful ablation of the turbinates in my sinuses. Even with all of this, I got little relief from my symptoms. I had a very hard time sleeping due to breathing issues in my sinuses as well as the asthma so I always woke up tired for years and years. Then I tried Breathe…..Wow! What a huge difference! I felt the difference the FIRST DAY! I’m happy to say that I can now breathe SO much better! The biggest benefit is how well I sleep. I wake up feeling rested like never before. I typically had to sleep until 9 or 10 and even then I felt tired all day. Since taking Breathe I now wake up at 5 or 6 am with my wife when she gets up to go to work (I’m retired) and I don’t go back to bed. I try…but I’m just nor tired and can’t fall back to sleep. It’s like a new lease on life! I’m just so thankful to have found something like this so I can start feeling more normal. My husband has suffered with sinus infections since he was about 10 years old – he’s now 59. No doubt that this will open your sinuses and lungs, but if you have hypertension or atrial fibrillation you may not be able to use it. My atrial fibrillation is reasonably well controlled by medicine, and my hypertension is mild and also controlled. I took one capsule of this product with breakfast, and within an hour my pulse had risen to 110 and blood pressure to 150/95. These effects lasted a little over 6 hours. This is unfortunate because I most certainly could breathe better and would love to have continued using it. Such effects increased blood pressure and heart rate are caused by atropine like drugs. Just because a medicine is derived from plants doesn’t mean it can’t cause problems. Use with care.

I bought this product for my dad who is 70 yrs old. He’s had asthma for over 8 years and uses his nebulizer at least 7 times a day. He has a very had time breathing, and wakes up every couple of hours through the night. I did not want to write a review right away, because everything takes time. The first day my father took one pill, he noticed right away a change in his breathing. He says it felt clearer. The second week of using this product, he says it feel like someone has took a broom and swipe inside his chest. This is the third week of him using this product, and he hadn’t used his nebulizer in 4 days already. I’m sooo happy! It breaks my heart to hear my father complaining about his breathing. We’ve tried everything! This product is sent from above! I stumble upon this product by accident, it was meant to be. My father is able to travel for long hours at a time without having to worry about his asthma. I can’t thsnk you guys more!! I will be purchasing this my father forever! I have cystic fibrosis ans while this supplement does not “Heal” or cure any of that, i have found relief and support from Breathe. Since starting on Breathe, my lung pain from all the coughing us CF’ers do, has gone down, i feel less inflamed and have more energy in the moments where it truly matters. its a nice supplement where a little support goes a long way

I can’t believe I finally got better. I have been suffering of wheezing and asthma since last year due to a severe allergic reaction. I have been on different inhalers for a year now with no improvements. I bought this just to try it out because I was desperate and after a week of taking these pills I haven’t had to use my emergency inhaler which I at least used 2-3 times a week! It says 2 pills a day but I only take it once daily.
