Built like a brick has a nice rubberized texture looks and feels like quality construction. It’s a powerhouse. Started a 3.7l V6 no problem. Charges my phone wirelessly which I will use it for most of the time since I don’t jump start vehicles all the time. Comes in a carrying case with cables that has a meter read out a USB C cable and importantly a 3A wall charger. This was a great lightening deal. 👍

After reading reviews from several brands I pulled the trigger on this one. I am a Master GM and Chrysler technician with over 25 years expierience. I bought this for use at my dealership. I have used it about 5 to six times. This unit does as advertised. Each car started like it has a new battery installed. Plenty of power. The clamps were my concern until the unit arrived. Not flimsy or cheap. They are a pretty hard plastic. The unit charges quickly. I used the cordless phone charger which worked but was not fast compared to my other charger but I did not buy for this purpose. As with other reviews cable legth could be longer as some batteries are hard to access. The case is nice but not really big enough for the cable and charger storage. Overall I’m satisfied. It is a major improvement over my much larger and heavier jump box and it fits in my toolbox out of site of the sales department. They always borrow and never return. For the money it’s probably more than you need to spend for the average person but if your in the industry or have to have the best this is the one to buy.

2013 Malibu had bad alternator and a bad battery still cranked that bad boy until I got it fixed used it about 30 times in a month sometimes if the battery is going bad it’ll take about 2 tries simply pressing the red button after connecting cables.Make sure cables connections nuts are tight!!!

I work for one of the oldest road side assistance companies in the country. The jump box they give us weighs 25 pounds, is rather large and less effective. I bought the G18 and it has already paid for itself. Some vehicles that you can’t get into neutral because of the electronic transmission with no power. Hook it up and that’s all it takes. Small enough to leave it hooked up under the hood to get the disabled vehicle to a service station. My son took it camping. Used it to keep everyone’s cell phones charged and he jumped started an RV that was completely dead! Amazing little jump box that can! This product speaks for itself. Roadside Assistance members take pictures of it to order it for Christmas. Probably my favorite tools that has been getting a lot of use. You won’t be disappointed.

This is our second one. I got my first one for my daughters car when she turned 16. I used it around the farm to start tractors and mowers, have never used it on the car. Lol. When my daughter moved out I gave it to her and then found myself missing it for my stuff. So I got me a new one😊.

Best product for the money you get a wireless charging pad, A jump starter that will do 2000 A and the way the charge all your accessories when you’re away the only thing I wish the added was the 12 or female adapter but with that you could run any 12 V item in your house which is very nice for me 12vdc at 10 amps will run anything your car cigarette lighter will run. I’ve already used it to program my radar detector in my house instead of having to sit in my car. What else would you want for this price it already does more amps then just about everybody else out there at this price point and on top of that as a wireless charging pad built into.

Used this once on a 2006 Volkswagen passat and it worked great. I was teaching my daughter how to jump start a car and she didn’t realize she needed to leave the car running so we jump started the car again almost immediately after the first time when she shut it down. The car was dead because she left the lights on all night. We couldn’t even unlock the doors with the remote.NotesLittle rubber piece where you plug the cables in could be a little easier to pull up especially if you don’t have nails.Not very obvious you need to press a button on the side of the cables to send power to the battery. I should have read the directions though.The battery loses around 10% charge per jump, but I assume that’s normal though.

We have a 2013 F350 Diesel pickup with 2 batteries. Last weekend we were at the campground getting ready to tow our 5th wheel back home and all the sudden the truck wouldn’t start. Click, click, click. We’ve all heard that unwelcome sound! We were lucky to find someone in the campground willing to give us a jump although he wasn’t too excited to be jumping a diesel with two batteries. Anyway, we got going and drove straight to an auto parts store after dropping the camper. Batteries tested good, so not sure what to do. Hubby was worried we could get stranded somewhere so thought we should invest the money on one of these portable guys. Not many with enough power for our truck, but this one claimed it could do it, so we bought it. Arrived yesterday and was put on to charge overnight. Sure enough this morning, click, click, click. Hooked up the charger for about 5 minutes and vroooom! Started straight up! Hubs was impressed and relieved. His exact quote was “money well spent!” Only knocked it down from 100% to 95%. We can highly recommend this unit to someone who wants the insurance it can offer!
