LANGHORNE, PA –People go to theme parks in order to have a nice relaxing day with their families.
People are supposed to be happy and enjoying their time there, except that is not what happened on August 9th.
A man was approached by a teenager worker who reminded him that he was required to wear a mask while in the park. That man, for whatever reason, approached the teenager worker later that same day and punched him. The man and the woman he was with fled the park.
This is despicable. Punching a 17-yr worker over a mask.

Here’s the back story.
The teenaged employee told him that he had to wear a mask while in the Sesame theme park. Initially, there was no physical confrontation, and both went about their way.
For some reason, later in the day, the same man and a woman saw the 17-year-old near the Captain Cookie’s and High C’s Adventure ride and decided to confront him.
That is when the Middleton Township Police say that boy started backing up and the man punched him in the face.
Security rushed in and attempted to apprehend the couple who fled the park after the incident. Attempts to detain them were unsuccessful, however, someone was at least able to get the tag off the vehicle they fled in which was registered out of New York.
The teenager allegedly suffered an injury to his jaw and a cracked tooth from the punch. The injury was significant enough that he was taken to a nearby hospital and underwent surgery.
Rage over wearing of face masks has been a growing trend after more and more states are requiring their use. In May, LET reported that three people were charged in a deadly shooting of a Family Dollar security guard in Flint, Michigan.

The security guard, Calvin Munerlyn, was killed on May 1st when he refused to allow the daughter of a customer into the store if she was not wearing a mask. The three people charged in the murder are Ramonyea Travon Bishop, Larry Edward Teague, and Sharmel Lashe Teague.
David Leyton, a prosecutor for Genesee county, said the confrontation started after the daughter was refused entry without the mask. Sharmel “began yelling at Munerlyn and spit at him and Munerlyn told her to leave the store and instructed a cashier not to serve her.”
Sharmel left the store and returned approximately 20 minutes later with Larry and Bishop. Both men allegedly confronted Munerlyn, and doing the confrontation, Bishop shot the guard in the back of the head.
Leyton said, “The death of Calvin Munerlyn is senseless and tragic and those responsible will be held accountable to the fullest extent under the law. From all indications, Mr. Munerlyn was simply doing his job in upholding the governor’s executive order related to the COVID-19 pandemic.”
Munerlyn’s wife told MLive.com that he had worked in the security profession for nearly thirty years. By all appearances, this was a decent man who worked out at the local gyms and spent time with the elderly, his death was truly needless.
A GoFundMe was started to help the family out with funeral expenses and the loss of Munerlyn’s income. As of today, it has reached over $400,000 dollars.

Biden: Everyone of every age should wear masks absolutely everywhere including outside
Joe Biden feels as though every American should don a mask the moment they step foot outdoors, over the next three months, according to a recent press briefing on August 13th.
With no clarification on what age group that should be applied to, without exploring the nuance of whether you’re alone on your front lawn, hiking a mountain by your lonesome, or if someone is getting a little outdoor exercise where no one is even remotely close to them.

During the press briefing, Biden stated the following:
“Today, I want to talk about one thing, straightforward. Doesn’t have anything to do with Democrats, Republicans or Independents, it has to do with a simple proposition. Every single American should be wearing a mask when they are outside for the next three months at a minimum.”
Now, the effectiveness of masks really isn’t debatable in certain circumstances. But every time someone steps outdoors? And for three months?

Biden’s statement continued, alleging that this endeavor would save approximately 40,000 lives if adhered to:
“Every governor should mandate mandatory mask-wearing. The estimates by the experts are that it will save over 40,000 lives in the next three months – 40,000 lives if people act responsibly. And it’s not about your rights, it’s about your responsibilities as an American.”
It’s unclear how this proposed conclusion was drawn, but the citation of “experts” was used by Biden, which must be the implying of him consulting epidemiologists.
Of course, this soundbite of Biden’s address has rallied those so desperately claim that those against mask orders are somehow incompetent or not compassionate. Some are citing that it’s all a means to fight to achieve lowering the curve.

But didn’t the country already hit the proverbial curve, and see record deaths months ago? When studying the graphic which comes directly from Google as of August 14th, May 6th was when the entire country saw a record number of deaths from the virus.

While there has been a trending climb of deaths in the past few weeks nationally, there hasn’t been a period of over 2,000 deaths daily for quite some time.
Now of course, there has been an increase in confirmed cases of the virus nationally, with the peak hitting as of July 17th. Which is rather curious when you consider there were more deaths per day in May – but higher cases confirmed 2 months after the record death tolls?

Well, that likely has to do with widespread testing being available, and more people who may not even be symptomatic just getting a test for the sake of curiosity. Back in May, and months prior, there was clamoring about there being a lack of testing kits for the virus.
Flash forward to July, and states that weren’t hit nearly as hard as the northeastern states months earlier, now have more accessible testing. While certain states say that they need more access to testing kits and sites, other states apparently have more tests than they know what to do with.
But really, the question is if it’s completely necessary to force everyone in the country to wear a mask once they step foot outdoors.
We’ve already seen localities enact something to this effect somewhat, but create leniency for medical conditions, young children and common sense activities where someone wouldn’t reasonably be around another person.
Also, at what point does the legality of something of this nature start to get blurry in terms of conflicting with Constitutional rights? These are all relevant aspects needing exploration.
Whether governors across the country adopt the advice of Biden or not will remain to be seen.
Biden running mate Kamala Harris at one time said she would confiscate guns through executive order
WASHINGTON, DC- Kamala Harris (D-CA), who has barely served half of her first six-year term as Senator, considers herself some type of Constitutional scholar.
We are not sure what Biden was thinking in choosing Harris, who as attorney general in California locked people up for marijuana possession, as his running mate.
This is especially confusing since Democrats and their sycophants are pining to defund the police and generally blaming police for all the ills of society. Of course, given Biden’s current state of mind, he may be unaware of all that.
Where Harris really goes off the rails is where she believes as president, she would have the authority to seize guns through executive order.
Last September, in one of the Democratic presidential debates when Harris was what appeared to be a viable candidate, Biden tried to reel some of the more leftist lunatic fringe candidates by saying that presidents do not have the authority in the Constitution to order seizures of firearms and ban guns. When the debate host, ABC’s David Muir asked Harris about it, she laughed him off.

The questioning went like this:
MUIR: In recent days, former Vice President Biden has said about executive orders, “Some really talented people are seeking the nomination. They said, ‘I’m going to issue an executive order,’” Biden saying, “There’s no Constitutional authority to issue that executive order when they say ‘I’m going to eliminate assault weapons,’” saying, “you can’t do it by executive order any more than Trump can do things when he says he can do it by executive order.” Does the vice president have a point there?
BIDEN: Some things you can. Many things you can’t.
MUIR: Let’s let the senator answer.
HARRIS: Well, I mean, I would just say, hey, Joe, instead of saying, no, we can’t, let’s say yes, we can. (Ah, we saw what you did there Kamala…little play off the Obama/Biden “yes we can” shtick”).
BIDEN: Let’s be Constitutional. We’ve got a Constitution.
So, what gives Harris the authority to override the Constitution? Not that she really cares because after all, she’s a Democrat and as we’ve seen during the coronavirus situation, they think they can override the Constitution at will, in particular the first amendment.
So, her authority?
HARRIS: And yes, we can, because I’ll tell you something. The way that I think about this is, I’ve seen more autopsy photographs than I care to tell you. I have attended more police officer funerals than I care to tell you. I have hugged more mothers of homicide victims than I care to tell you.
Ah, got it. She’s been to autopsies and hugged mothers. That is the “autopsy/hugged mothers” exception to the Second Amendment.

As legal experts said at the time, Congress and not the president, controls the power on gun policy and noted that executive orders were not likely to make an impact on the problem.
Likewise, any attempt to ban semiautomatic rifles would require Congress to pass a law, just as was done in 1994 with the so-called assault weapons ban.
Harris said at the time that if she were elected she would take action to prohibit the import of AR-15 style assault weapons, and she would force the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to suspend said imports until a study was conducted regarding their admissibility. It is likely that Harris would insist on a similar program as the vice-presidential candidate.
The Sacramento Bee, at the time of the debates said that the Gun Control Act of 1968 does give the executive branch authority to bar gun imports that are “not suitable or readily adaptable to sporting purposes,” and experts agree she would be on firm legal ground in doing so.
However what Harris is proposing is totally different. Her executive order would affect new guns manufactured by companies such as Glock, Sig Sauer, and Beretta, which are manufactured overseas. It would not, however address the millions of assault-style weapons already in the country, or those continuing to be made in the U.S., because that would require new legislation. Which was the point Biden (before his cognitive decline came to the forefront) was trying to make.
Harris continued her response to Biden during the debate, suddenly concerned about “the children,” whom she has no problem being slaughtered by the thousands weekly through abortion.
“The idea that we would wait for this Congress, which has done nothing to act, it is overlooking the fact that every day our babies are going to school to have drills…where they were learning about how they have to hide in a closet or crouch in a corner if there was a mass shooter roaming the halls of their schools.”

Harris ignored the question of Constitutional limits on the president’s power on guns.
Instead she used emotion and fear, as the Washington Examiner said at the time, to subvert legal concerns over her proposals. Harris has no problem shredding the Constitution, as long as it accomplishes her goals.
When asked how her gun control plans are constitutional, Kamala Harris starts talking about “autopsies” and “police funerals.”
Authoritarians fear monger and use emotion to dismiss legal constraints on their power.

What is amusing is listening to the left-leaning pundits today trying to describe Harris as a “moderate” when she is clearly far-left. Not loony tune Bernie Sanders or Karen Bass left, but way further left than some. A lot of people, including a majority of Democrats, do not think that Biden will serve out his first term, given the state of his apparent decline. That is what makes his selection of Harris even more troubling.
She is a far-left demagogue who will have a significant influence on Biden’s term were he to be elected. One of the most troubling things about Harris is her apparent disdain for the Constitution, and her desire to skip over that pesky little Constitution in her decisions.
Harris a moderate? Compared to Mao maybe.
