“If people medically can’t get a vaccination, or because of a religious belief won’t get a vaccination, or for other reasons won’t get a vaccination, test them once a week, like you do in other civil service groups. I don’t understand why with teachers we won’t apply the same thing, or health care professionals,” he said. “I don’t understand how we have health care workers who are heroes, who risked their lives crawling into the belly of the beast … we applauded them at 7 o’clock at night, and now some of them, we’ve taken them from heroes to zeroes.”
