NYC gunman issued warning moments before killing two NYPD officers

Amateur video captured the frantic scene as paramedics desperately tried to save the lives of officers Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos. They were shot “execution style” in their patrol car. Dozens of people held a vigil at the shooting scene to honor their memory. Don Dahler reports.
