DiMarco recounted symptoms he experienced earlier in the week, including a fever, chills, a sore throat and a mild cough, as well as an inability to taste or smell. But knowing he wasn’t a high risk patient, he consulted with his doctor, looked out for respiratory issues — “because if it worsened, it could be deadly” — and has since recovered.
