The ice between two AFC North rivals isn’t thawing anytime soon.
In a video captured from the Ravens’ epic 47-42 win, Peters appeared to spit at Landry, who had six receptions for 52 yards.
Following the Ravens’ wild win Monday over the Browns, Baltimore cornerback Marcus Peters also appeared on teammate Marlon Humphrey’s Instagram Live, where he called Browns wideouts Jarvis Landry and Odell Beckham “homegirls,” via Awesemo.com.
“She was upset because the other homegirl couldn’t really end up making it,” Peters said in the clip.
Beckham, Landry’s longtime pal and teammate, suffered a torn ACL in late October. The hate between the division foes boiled over last season when cornerback Humphrey was accused of choking Beckham.
The Ravens posted a video to their website in October 2019, along with the accompanying article, “Marlon Humphrey Didn’t Choke Odell Beckham Jr.”
Despite the off-field jabs from Peters, the biggest storyline from Monday night belonged to Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson, who is currently at the center of poop-gate.
